ONLINE WORKSHOP ON STRESS MANAGEMENT


STRESS IS A NORMAL PART OF LIFE. ONE CAN EXPERIENCE STRESS FROM THEIR ENVIRONMENT, BODY, AND THOUGHTS. TODAY, ON THE PANDEMIC SITUATION OF COVID 19  THE WORLD BECOME A VERY  STRESSFUL PLACE. SO STRESS MANAGEMENT IS VERY NECESSARY AND IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO REDUCE STRESS FROM OUR LIFE.
As a part of two years B.Ed curriculum, the second semester contains a practical session on stress management. In this pandemic situation, our college was conducted an online workshop titled"STRESS MANAGEMENT" on google meet platform. The resource person of this session was Mrs.Nisha T Mohammed, Lecture, Bhavans Vidhya Mandir, Pathanamthitta. it was held on 18 July 2020 from 3.00pm to 4.30pm.
